If you’re working with a language barrier or helping your clients translate foreign documents for use in Canada, you’ll benefit immensely from Translation Express. Our team will work with you to answer all of your questions, give you updates, send you the tracking number if necessary and make sure the documents arrive on the day you need them.
When you request a translation using Translation Express, you will receive an invoice instantly and be able to pay it immediately via Credit Card. You can choose to pay with your company’s card using Auto Billing (below) and have the client pay a fee set by you, or you can have your client pay with their card on the spot. Once your company makes their first request, an account will be created automatically and will be associated with the email address used to request the translation. You will be able to access your account anytime via your Email. If you want to have multiple people access the account, be sure to use an email that all of the members of your team have access to. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see every single transaction you’ve ever made along with all of the details for every invoice that has been generated using this system.
Our online system allows us to track when you send in a request. When you select “Company” and then “Referral Partner”, your commission is recorded and we will issue you a check or money transfer at the beginning of each month. In order to receive commission, your company name must be cited in the section titled “My Company Name” (automatic) and the box “Referral Partner” must be checked or we will not be able to track it.
The commission is 6.0% of the total which includes GST. For example:

If you are looking to add Certified Translation to your list of services, this is a great way to do so. Using this option, you will receive a company link with a pre-populated form. This means that when you visit this link, the form will have your company’s necessary information to proceed with a translation. This will save your agents time when they are filling out the form online. Here’s what it will look like:

When you offer this service, you will actually receive an additional $10.50 per transaction that is built in the request form. Upon registration for this service, we will send the adequate documentation to you to train your employees on working with this system as well as sending a representative to your office to train your staff if necessary.
This process is used alongside the At the Counter Service option. Your account will be associated with a Credit Card and each time one of the representatives requests a translation, it is automatically charged to the card. This way you will never have to worry about writing checks or actually paying the invoices manually. This powerful feature allows you to eliminate all of the time spent in accounting and processing payments as it is done automatically and will show up on your statement. The best part is that you can see everything and still control it if necessary. Each time a payment is made, you will be notified via Email.
If you’ve got high website traffic or generally have your clients visit your website, this could be something of massive benefit. Upon the creation of your account, you’ll receive a line of code for your web-team to use to embed the Form. With this tool, your team or clients won’t even need to go outside of your site to request translations.
