A Certified Translator has passed an exam specifically to translate essential documents for the government. These translations can be used for immigration applications, as evidence in court, or to legally validate any foreign legal document, regardless of whether it’s in Mandarin or Arabic. A Certified Translator understands the importance of accuracy, and each one must pass a code of ethics exam and carry liability insurance to be registered as a Certified Translator.

Yes. All Certified translations come with a Translator’s stamp and declaration stating that they are a Certified Translator and that their translation is accurate to the best of their ability.
Electronic copies will be ready in 2-3 business days. From there, we will mail the hard copy, and that can take anywhere from 1 business day (if you select FedEx Express) or 5-9 days if you select standard mail. You can also choose the “Express Service,” which means your e-copy can be ready in 1 business day, and your hard copy can arrive in the mail within 1-2 business days.
When you begin to request your translation, the price will be built automatically as you select your document type. A few factors to consider that will affect price:
Not always. If you submit your application online, an electronic copy will be fine, and it will arrive sooner. It is free to receive the hard copy by regular mail, and will be sent to you upon request. This must be done at checkout.
When you submit your request, you will be sent an email letting you know that your translation has been received and has been assigned to a Certified Translator. Once it is complete, you will receive an email. You can always log into your account and check the status of your document.
While this is very rare, at times, mistakes are made. If there is an error in your translation, please contact our team immediately, and we will fix it at no additional charge.
